Casita Limonares is situated at the edge of a Spanish village - El Marquesado - 3.5Km from the centre of Chicalana de la Fronterta which is in the heart of the area known as "Secret Spain". It is conveniently placed to be within easy reach of the historical and beautiful towns of Cadiz (17Km), Seville (100Km) and Jerez (42Km) as well as a host of traditional white Andalucian villages such as Vejer, Arcos and Benalup, to name but a few. The sea-side towns of Conil, Barbate, Tarifa, Puerta de Santa Maria, San Fernando and many more are also close by. The situation is ideal for those wanting to explore the surrounding coast and countryside areas. Situated in a quiet semi-rural area right on the edge of open vineyards and farmland, the chalet is just two minutes walk away from open countryside, yet only ten minutes drive into the bustling town of Chiclana de la Frontera. For non drivers, there is a regular bus service both to the town and to the nearby El Marquesado, a typical Spanish country village with a range of small shops and bars, each of which serve food at most times of the day.
Here you will find everything you are likely to need on your holiday, with it's own 25' swimming pool complete with a good selection of pool accessories, huge terraces with ample dining areas ( both sheltered and in the sun ), a barbecue and outside tables and seating.
In the lounge you will find all the things to make you comfortable and to while away the time if you feel like staying around and relaxing - including Sky television, Spanish terrestrial television, a DVD player and a Hi-Fi. If you require any of your favourite subscription Sky channels other than those on Freeview we recommend that you bring your Sky card with you.
The accommodation comprises of a large double bedroom with a luxury en-suite shower room, a comfortable large lounge area - looking out onto the pool - furnished with quality leather furniture. There is a large fully equipped kitchen/dining area if you prefer to eat indoors. The kitchen has the usual appointments to give you the choice of cooking for yourself, either in the kitchen or outside on the barbecue.
